With a very diverse range of clients, you will become part of a multi-disciplinary team in one of Belfast’s well known organisations. The successful surveyor will be offered a fantastic salary package as well as various different benefits including car and fuel allowances, pension schemes, great holiday entitlements and training & development schemes. The Role Working closely with the Managing Director as well as their strong team of surveyors, the responsibilities of the role include: • The undertaking of a wide range of surveying duties • Carry out surveys, schedules, inspections and overall management • Attending meetings with clients and other specialists • Contributing your technical skills to the team in improve quality of the work • Client focused • Delegating where necessary • Managing small to medium scale projects What do you need? • A full MRICS and VRS credited surveyor or similar degree by RICS • Time management • Professional manner and outlook • Punctuality and commitment • A full driving license due to the travel required to site etc. This requirement has come about due to increased workload for this practice because of the increasing quality in the work that they do.
