At Hampton Estates we pride ourselves on our Property Management. Our enthusiastic and efficient approach enables us to handle a substanial portfolio of properties.Our personal and friendly service is aimed at making your property our main priority.

We offer both a "let" only service and a further Property Management service, which is ideal for those clients who are living abroad, as well as those home-based clients who simply don't have the time and need their workload reduced- thats where we come in!

Our Management services include:

• Inspection of property in preparation for letting.
• Advice on all current legislation
• Management of all monetary matters. e.g Rental collection and payment of all bills, Service charge collection etc.
• Regular Property Inspections
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
• Negotiation of all Damage Claims
• Liaison between Landlord and Tenant
• Taking care of all repairs and maintenance as per landlords instructions
