Hampton Estates provide a range of letting services for our clients such as:

Free Rental Valuation.

We will assign an experienced member of our rental team in order to assess the likely level of rental income achieveable from your property.

In order to get your property "Let" as soon as possible the following advertisment steps are taken:

• A "TO LET" board is errected outside the property.
• Your property will be included in the Hampton Estates rental booklet, which is published and distributed to all potential clients.
• Your property will be advertised on the internet via both the property news website and our own website.
• Your property will also be advertised in all Property News publications.

Our agency will maintain a friendly and personal contact with you as landlord by delivering regular updates with feedback from all viewings.

Once a suitable tenant has been found,the equivalent of one month's rent will be held as a delapidation deposit. This deposit will also be accompanied by one month's rent in advance and a signed lease.

A number of pre-cautionary checks are also carried out in order to assess the tenants credentials, these checks include:

• Employer's reference
• Landlords Reference
• Guarantor's reference
• Credit referencing is also available, at the request of the landlord.

If all the references are satisfactory, the tenant agreement is then drawn up.
