We offer both a "let only service" and a further Property Management service", which is ideal for those clients who are living abroad, as well as those home-based clients who simply don't have the time and need their workload reduced…

• Inspection of property in preparation for letting
• Advice on all current legislation
• Management of all monetary matters. e.g Rental collection and payment of all bills, Service charge collection etc.
• Regular Property Inspections
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements

• Liaison between Landlord and Tenant
• Taking care of all repairs and maintenance as per landlords instructions
