Michael Devlin
Managing Director Graduating from Queen's University with a degree in Psychology, Michael entered Estate Agency through Brian Morton & Company, where he was quickly promoted to Branch Manager. He subsequently gained considerable expertise as Residential Sales Manager with McKibbin & Company with responsibility for all House Sales, including new Developments, Land Sales and Acquisitions. Michael established Hampton Estates in 1991 and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Michael specialises in the acquisition of development land and involvement in inner city regeneration. Married with three children Michael's great passion is ski-ing and playing golf at Belvoir Golf Club where he is a member.

Brian Lavery
Director - Senior Surveyor/EPC Assessor Brian joined Hampton Estates in January 2003, from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown where he graduated with a BSc Hons degree in Estate Management. Brian's main roles in the firm include the carrying out of residential surveys and valuations; Development appraisal; and EPC assessments are also part of Brian's role. Brian is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Brid Devlin
Director - Business Development Manager Brid obtained a Law Degree in Manchester and practised as a Solicitor for many years in both private practice and in the public sector as a Senior Legal Assistant in the NI Housing Executive. In 1999 she joined Morrison Homes plc as a Development Manager to initiate new business in the Residential Development sector. She sucessfully introduced a number of joint venture partnerships and led a multi-disciplinary professional team to complete the projects. Brid is also a Board Member of Oaklee Housing Association and on the Management Committee of a local youth club. Having had experience of Private, Public and Plc Sectors she undertakes a business development role in Hampton Estates with particular responsibility for the Investment Department, site identification, Builder/Developer consultation & advice.

Toni Hackett
Associate Director - Property Manager Toni has been with Hampton Estates since November 2003. She graduated with a BSc Hons degree in Estate Management and a Diploma in Industrial Studies. Having initially worked in property sales, Toni now manages the property letting department.

Connor Mitchell
Lettings Negotiator Connor rejoined Hampton Estates in September 2008, having graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, in July 2008, with a BSc Hons in Housing Management. With Connors experience through his placement year with Hampton Estates, he will be a key figure in the letting and management of rental properties.

Noel Rooney
Lettings Negotiator In August 2009, Noel rejoined Hampton Estates having graduated from the University of Ulster, with a BSc (Hons) degree in Housing Management. He plays an integral role in the Lettings and Property Management Department.
